To enhance collaboration, identify illegal source of vaccine products involved in Jinan where as soon as possible, punish crimes, protecting public health, and related matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, local food and drug supervision, public security and health departments of family planning should immediately set up a joint working group, unity of command, working closely to implement ground liability for checked, do a vaccine cases product disposal and handling of cases of illegal business operation.
